Cancellation policy for bookings on the MarcoPoloIbiza (private charter)
We understand that plans are subject to change. To ensure that both our guests and our team are treated fairly, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the charter date
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before your planned day trip. In this case, you will receive a full refund. - Cancellation up to 21 days before the charter date
If you cancel up to 21 days before the departure date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price will be charged. The remaining 50% will be refunded. - Cancellation within 5 days before the departure date
If you cancel within 5 days of your planned excursion, the full amount will be forfeited and no refund will be given. - Cancellation by us
If the ship is unable to depart due to weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. - Changes and rebookings
If you would like to postpone your excursion to another date, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes. However, changes are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
